• Plan and execute TLC's general membership and River Society programs
• Write grant proposals to corporations, foundations, and governments

Background
I've lived in North Carolina all my life. In fact, I've lived in 4 out of the 6 counties that TLC serves. How great is it that I get to work for an organization whose mission is to protect critical open spaces in an area that I hold so dear? I kind of can't believe my luck!

While Triangle growth has created many benefits that I enjoy, I do truly believe that conservation must be part of the land-use equation for us to maintain (and enhance!) our quality of life.

Before coming to TLC, I worked in development for Duke University Medical Center and in government relations for UNC-Chapel Hill. I have a B.A. in Political Science from Elon College and a Masters in Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
