| Description |
Located near the intersection of Erwin and Pickett roads along New Hope Creek, including the site of the old Hollow Rock store. TLC and its local government partners have now acquired rights to five of the six properties that will soon protect 106 acres here, providing low-impact recreation along with parking and trail access connecting Duke Forest and open space on New Hope Creek in Durham. Eventually, a New Hope Creek trail system could stretch all the way from TLC's Johnston Mill Nature Preserve to Jordan Lake. |
