| Description |
Horse, mule and llama ranch. The land includes half pasture and half woodland, with the woodland being managed for wildlife habitat. A 4-acre, deep-water pond on Evans Creek attracts many wetland birds and raptors. Also a stopover for neotropical migratory birds, making the property a major bird habitat. Native American artifacts dating back 12,000 years have been found here. Part of a growing cluster of protected farm and forestland south of Siler City.
