Description	Historic farmstead and working cattle farm. The farm features a National Historic Register eligible homesite and log cabin and includes 50 acres of pasture and 150 acres of woodlands managed for timber. The easement protects a half-mile scenic vista along Wade Paschall Road and the headwaters of Tick Creek, which feeds the Rocky River. A major stopover for neotropical migratory birds. Part of a growing cluster of protected farm and forestland south of Siler City.
