Description	The Condoret family (pr. kon-doh-ray) made an outright donation of their land southeast of Siler City. The property encompasses both sides of Tick Creek, a high quality stream, for about three-quarters of a mile, as well as about a half-mile of an unnamed tributary. The NC Department of Transportation is performing a stream restoration project covering 29 acres on the tributary and part of Tick Creek that will repair damage done by cattle grazing.
