Description	Located in northern Durham County, the Snow Hill tract lies on Snow Hill Road, one and one-half miles southwest of TLC's Horton Grove property. The 170 acres that TLC owns are completely forested. TLC also will maintain a working lands conservation easement on an additional 48 acres of the Snow Hill tract, which contains both farm and forest lands. Preservation of this land protects the water quality of two streams that flow through the property and eventually into the Little River, ultimately protecting the drinking water quality of Falls Lake (Little River is a Falls Lake tributary).
